5th Kalethe’less day – 2300

This is getting annoying… I cannot hook up to the internet. Keeps saying that ‘Line is busy’ when I try to dial in. Sigh…

Anyway, I started my day off very early today. Woke up blur blur, drag myself to shower and ate my ‘cone’ in a daze… drank my cup of coffee and I was ready to go. Now come to think of it, no wonder I felt so ‘awake’ this morning… I drank coffee.

I’ve discovered that in a way, it is nice to work in office early in the morning. A good head start, and there’s not many people around, so nobody will come to bug you. Everyone is drinking coffee, breakfasting or chit – chatting.

Compared to the past few days, today was more easy-going. I did my work at my own pace, and had a lot of time to chit chat around. Even took 2 hours off to celebrate colleague’s Birthday today and also my 2nd year anniversary with Kalethe.

Rather mengada also… giving myself excuses to celebrate. Went over to 1 Utama with 2 of my colleagues. We actually left office about 12 noon, and then followed them up to TGV to buy tickets for Da Vincci Code which is on screen tomorrow. A lot of them going for this show, very highly much anticipated show. That colleague actually bought many many many tickets for his friends also.. easily I think it’s about 2 or 3 row of seats. Can’t wait for Kalethe to come back, then we can watch it together..

After that, we had our lunch at Food Court there. After lunch and a mighty lot of chit-chatting, we headed to Jusco to buy packet drinks. I bought orange juice, and then we walked over to the rainforest section, sat on the benches facing a huge gigantic aquarium with all the Msian fresh water fishes.

Hehe, let’s see how to describe it…. When I first saw the huge huge aquarium, I thought … “Great, when I go diving I can see these fishes in Msia water”. To me, when I think of fishes which I will see when I go diving, I think of colourful fishes, like nemo or something colourful. Or even if it’s not those fishes, I expected to see Koi fishes in the aquarium. When I sat down and looked into the aquarium properly, I see all ‘non-coloured’ fishes only. Looks like those fishes u see swimming around in the restaurants waiting to be ppl’s dinner. Then I start to think, it’s labeled here as “Malaysia Freshwater fish”…are these gonna be the fishes I’ll see when I go diving? They look so gloomy and scary, all different sizes and dull coloured, like the fish I have for dinner.

Anyway, we sat there chit chat, waited for them to smoke finish. Then they mentioned this nice place to eat in KL, near Dewan Bahasa called Tupai-tupai. Really sounded very interesting…. But it has to wait for another 3 weeks till Kalethe comes back only we’ll get to go together. Beef noodle/rice. Yum…

After that, clement got to know that it's Yasmine's Bday today. So he took us to secret recipe and bought a slice of cake for yasmine's birthday, and got me a slice also for my belated birthday celebration. Yasmine and I also bought back another slice of cake for him. ahha sounds very mo liu to be buying cakes for each other hor? haha But anyway, it's jst for the fun of it. =)

Talking about my colleagues, that guy we went 1U with, really super duper 1st class smoker. Even Yasmine says he smokes a lot, that she also was amazed with how much he can do.

Let me just illustrate his trail… When we left office and walked towards the car, he had 2 sticks while walking. If it’s not 2, it must be 3 then. Ok, then when we arrived there, we bought the tickets and had lunch. He didn’t take any. The minute we stepped out into the aquarium place, he lighted another one up. There itself, I think he took another 3-4 sticks. We said wanna blah, he said let him finish up first. Ok, then after aquarium, Yasmine went to ATM, there he go and light up another one. Then we got up the car and went back to IBM. I think after that, he did light up another one while walking back to office. It’s like…waaaa, in 2 hours, he can take 9 sticks.

Of cos, another thing also, always follow these funny people out for lunch, I end up coming back to office with one-kind of smell. That I think others might start to think that I have picked up smoking also.

Today also got this news that I have another colleague, is leaving IBM. I always thought that Kalethe is KING crapper, talks things which you don’t know when it’s real, when it’s not. But this colleague is even worst. No wonder why they both know each, cos both also sama kaki one. Few months ago he used to come over to find my partner to chit-chat, and will always say a lot of stupid things which will in a way, wake us up from feeling bored in office. 2 days ago, he came over and told me, “I am leaving, my last day tomorrow”. As usually, I start asking “real or not? Where you going?”… then he gav this sort of laugh, which to me… makes it look like he was bluffing all the while. All of us asked, he answered in the same stupid way, don’t wanna say properly. Yesterday also I asked him “really or not you going off already”.. he asked me back “huh? Going off, go where”. I asked if he was leaving IBM, he said yes, he’s going to Genting to bcome King of gambler there, he already learnt all the hand tricks etc etc. Really irritating fella I tell you.

And today, really found out that he has really left. Since we asked him, he don’t answer properly, another colleague went and investigate and asked his team mate. Turned out that today is really his last day.

There goes another colleague…wonder when my turn will come.

Stupid internet still cannot connect in.

Now is about 11.35pm, about the same time, 2 years ago Kalethe was angry with me. And it was this time when I called him and said, is it that if I agree to be your gf now, you will stop being angry with me? Hehe, and he answered Yes…that he won’t be angry. That conversation ended weird also. After he said that, then it’s like… ok’lar, no more angry ya… ok, goodnite. Hahaha And that’s how this whole journey began. 2 Years.

You know, it’s no fun to know that Kalethe will read my blog, then I have to filter my blog. Type, re-read, edit, delete, amend etc etc.

I’ve never regretted this journey with him. Today my colleague asked me, among your ex’es (This colleague very wu-liaw lately..always ask me weird things lately), who do you think is the most handsome one. And of cos for sure (without any need to lie or to filter this in my blog), I answered Kalethe is the one. She said she thinks her 3rd Ex is the most handsome of all, and not her husband. So then I told her, it doesn’t happen like that mar.. when you love a person, even though he has small tiny slit for an eye, bushy with loads of moustache, big nose, lots of pimples, no hair, full of wrinkles etc etc, if you love him, he will always be the most handsome person in your eyes. It’s honest also, among all my friends or my ex, I strongly believe that Kalethe is the best among all in every aspects… Handsome, treats me good, loves me, smart, understands me best, caring, the best.

She then began to tell stories about her friend who married this Pilot. This Mr Pilot is a very caring husband, who gives absolutely everything to the girl. He actually cooks breakfast every morning for her, buys her a lot of things and give her everything she want’s. But her heart was not with him, she divorced him, got pregnant and went with this Business guy who doesn’t treat her half as good as Mr Pilot. After she gav birth to a baby girl, this Mr Business guy actually hits her even… but yet, she doesn’t want to leave him. My colleague don’t understand why her friend would make such decision.

Then she continued to ask me all the funny questions, asked if I ever regretted…I (the Love doctor) told her that Love is Blind. I said for example, Kalethe likes to bully me a lot, force me to eat all the funny things which I don’t like to eat. Already Kalethe knows I don’t like to eat, but yet he still wanna annoy me and make me eat. But yet, I love him.

Love is something which is very hard to explain. It’s just a feeling. I feel very much for Kalethe, despite the endless times he likes to tease me, calling me chun tet.

It’s depressing that for the past 1 hour I have been clicking “connect”, and yet cannot connect to the internet.

at 12.30am, I finally managed to get in. Yipeeee
