Merry Christmas

Christmas Eve....
Waited for Donkey to call me for lunch, but he didn't, supposed he got pissed off with me the night before. Finally when i decided to make the best out of Christmas Eve and take my mom out to buy stuff and shop around, Donkey called me. Anyway, end of the day, we did manage to meet up for a while before he went back to Sban for this long long weekend.
Night time, I'd actually went to bed at 11pm, while waiting for Donkey to call me, i fell asleep. Got woken up by fireworks and dei's call. Nothing much happen that night anyway, I was basicly just at home, trying to do my tutorials and on stand-by (to fetch vivien)

Christmas Day...
Became driver in the morning, fetch VIvien out and back. I did try my best to work on my Thesis... but *groan*. However, I did manage to finish up my tutorials already.

A day after Christmas...
I think my thesis is really heading no where.... The fact that it is already January very very soon..... The source code which i tot would work, ended up NOT working. The code which i had, uses some built in codes from VB, so that when i migrated to VB.NET, it doesn't work.
So now, starting from scratch...I am working on another fresh set of codes... Converting it to VB.NET. This new code is way more complicating and has more LOC. 51 errors and warnings to clear up.... Just hope that this one is able to do it..... I will do anything so that my thesis will be able to complete in time.....

An evening with colleagues

I have no UM classes today, my Networking class has been called off...
I spent my morning drowning over some source codes for my Thesis. Noon time, went to The Curve with my mom, sis and my Donkey. The Curve, a big place, very spacious and alot of place for people to walk... It has almost the same design as 1Utama and Ikano. Not all the shops are open yet though... But they still have christmas decorations there and all.
After The Curve, we headed to 1Utama. Had our tea there, Marks Asam Laksa, and headed to Jusco to get vivien's Hair Curl thing. Donkey had been very develish today... Hiding in the carpark waiting to scare me (when i tot he was missing), and poking and tickling me always. Bad bad donkey...
Anyway, when i got home about 5.30pm, i was indeed feeling rather tired, but still had to go teach music... I mixed up my timetable, that instead of 7.30pm, i tot my class was at 8pm, it was some miscommunication with my receptionist.
Anyway, after my class, I went and wish Melvyn Merry CHristmas, which ended up in a 15minutes chat with him until 9.30pm. At that time, bumped into Ms Yeoh and Ms tang outside along the corridor, they invited me out to Coffee Bean. I tot it was just gonna be a few of us... When i got myself to Coffee Bean, I saw James and another guy (violinist) there, was rather surprise that I was lost for words when i reached there, Moreover the place they sat was freezing cold so i was extremely speechless. Waited for the rest to arrive, Vicky was there, Carrey, Sandra and another 2 of Vicky's Violin student. It was quite an interesting night... Found out that the other guy with James is working as a programmer in IBM, and the other Violinist (who looked like st) is also a programmer in IBM (i think). Even found out that Margaret is in the hospital (for dunno what reason) and Ms Liew had a miscarriage! For a while there was some virus going around in SIM, that people were taking turns falling sick, Ms tang, ms yeoh, margaret, and now teh... I hope everyone is recovering for better now.... In short, it was quite an interesting evening. I've been in SIM for so many years, this is the first time I sit together with so many SIM'ers and chat over coffee. hahaha
Btw, this year, i didn't prepare any gift's for my students :p... But paiseh enuf, that my students got gift's for me.... This month I started on 2 new students, a girl and a boy... And this week, i received a little gift from BOTH of them... i feel like such a BADDDD teacher.. Somemore, Ms Yeoh gave us all Christmas Gifts. I've been in that school for so long, this is the first year i get treated by her for drinks and christmas gifts. It's really the thoughts which counts... And i always wanan be the one who GIVES, not RECEIVE. But this year, i RECEIVE wayyyyy more then I Give....
Festive mood is in the air........ everyone's in such a good mood planning where to go and what to do during Christmas... hahaha And i am planning on HOW to do Thesis DURING christmas. hahahahahahha Geez...about 1 month to complete my thesis.... I need a Miracle..

Tong Yuen...

Today is Tong Yuen day (not that i eat any tong yuen).. Had my usual tuesday classes, my piano lesson.. Mr Chin is not feeling well today, hope he will get well soon.
After my piano class, we went back to Seremban to have dinner with my grandmother. The maid, Peta cooked most of the dishes. After dinner, we came back to PJ, and I went ahead to teach piano. Rather tiring, eventhough i didn't drive, haha
My neck still feels stiff, actually it feels swollen, like someone jst punched me and gav my neck a blue black.. it's from yesterday's massage, i guess she used too much strength while massaging, that her thumb seems to have dug it's way into my flesh, and killed my muscles there temporary.

Monday Blues

Monday is here again... This weekend is Christmas, and next weekend is New Year, following weekend working again, and then is CyberNite Weekend....
Monday... it's another day which jst floated past me before i realize what was going on. I went to 1Utama today for my facial appointment, and golly did it hurt. She did 'extraction' for me, pinching out all the black and white heads out of my face... I never knew i had so many black&white heads on my face, she pinched my WHOLEEE face, every single millimeters of it, even the areas near my eye. Never had I gone for a facial who did things as thorough and detailed as her. Of cos, after all this pain, few days later I'll have super smooth face. She's good..Her name Janet. She started off with a massage which was absolutely superb.
After the facial, somehow i felt awfully exhausted when I got back. I jst went to sleep till 6pm, when i woke up to watch tv =p

My long weekend..

After Imax on Friday, and Phantom of the Opera on Saturday, Sunday is SIM concert's...
I arrived in Kuen Ching about 8.15am, I was told that all crew members have to arrive by 8am. After i arrived, i found out that my services were only required at 10am. 10am is when i look after this bunch of kids in the classroom, keep them entertained and quiet, and wait for their performance. So there I sat rotting around, walking up and down and talking to students and teachers.
Kids under my supervision starts streaming in about 9am - 10am. They were only required to be in the room at 10am. Just when I was about to have something to do (mark attendance of the kids), i saw my lovely donkey... He came to keep me company. Good thing also, else i would have died of boredom. THat was the highlights of my day. I myself, didn't get the chance to watch the performance, but Donkey watched it for me.....
DOnkey stayed till the end of the performance, but sad to say, I didn't manage to spend much time with him...
ANyway, i ran away from the telematch, I saw that i couldn't help much there, on top of that there were many crew ppl around, so i cabut. And went for uncle wei nam's son's wedding Lunch in Sunway Mas. Was starving that time.. Reached about1pm, and waited till about 2.30pm for the food to arrive.
When i came home, i fell straight to sleep, jst cannot tahan... few days of sleeping late, i needed to rewind.
That is about all...Now doing my Mobile COmputing journal, which is taking me ages to complete, and also reading some stuff for my technical writting. Shall only do Fuzzy tutorial tomorrow during my half hour break.....

Phantom of the Opera

I've caught Phantom of the Opera today with Soo Sim, Jian Ling and vivien. Now feeling extremely exhausted, but accompanying my donkey online....
Had an extremely long day today...but good that I managed to have lunch with Vicky and the rest, can chat during lunch, not so boring, thanx to Natalie who didn't attend class today.
Tomorroww another long day....

Imax - Polar Express at Berjaya Times Square

Today, interesting day. I arrived late for my Mobile Computing class, only to be told by Mr Liew that there won't be any class today and instead, we are suppose to go to the lecture theater to listen to some seminar. Aparrently, it was a seminar by the company Accenture. Anyway, as Mr Liew's class today clashed with Mangalam's replacement class, in the end, my coursemates and I decided to go for Mangalam's replacement class. Good thing also, cos Mangalam's class means going home early.
After that, I went over to my granny's hse in Old Klang Road. She has really shrunk. I just went over to collect some things from her, then i came home.
About 4pm, me, vivien and andrew departed for Times Square. The road to Times Square was rather jam, especially when we were turning into Jalan Bukit Bintang. Well, we parked in Times Square and had Laksa in Laksa Shack. Oh, we even bumped into Theng Hui, also gonna go for Imax at 6.30pm.
Anyway, we went walking around looking for my software for my thesis, as I needed to find a software which enables me to convert STL file formats to 3DS. Time just seems to fly by.... and soon enuf, it was already 8.45pm, time for our show.
The screen was big, and it was rather interesting to watch a whole show in 3Dimension. It did feel abit dizzy though, and uncomfortable also having to wear that goggles thing. Wonder when would they start filming shows like those holograms, and u don't have to wear any goggles to view it. As what Mr Liew from Mobile Computing once said, nothing is impossible. hahaha... Any interesting new technology we see on TV now, will appear in real life 10/20 years from now. Like that 1 movie I watched, a secret message was encrypted into this thing, which only that particular person can view it. That message is delivered in a hologram way, and after the recipient views it, the message will auto destroy itself.
Anywaaayyy... after the show, we sat thru some jam's in places where i dun expect any jam to happen at 11pm, and headed to Petaling street for the Beef Noodle... My tummy hurts, feels like gastrick. REally dun understand, it hurts when i dun eat, and it hurts even more when i eat.
Now i am back home, and feeling sleepy and tired.
Tomorrow I have a full day of teaching music, and now my poor donkey is falling sick. I hope he will recover soon.
I really need to start coding my thesis next week... I must, and I will...yea... I believe I can do it....... doesn't anyone believe in me? Gambatte..... Wait'lar...it'll have to wait till I finish my Mobile computing journal this weekend first. hahaha

Ah poh's (my cousin) husband, Ker Chuan and his daughter Dion. They are a fantastic family, they took us around alot, and this was the family whom i classified as 'close to perfect'. Very loving family.

Singapore

Feeling blur and confused now..... lost up. I jst dunno how to describe it... just feel...lost. My december has just said 'hello' to me, and it is gonna go away now. January is going to arrive. Time flies.....Anyway, shall blog bout my weekend in spore...

I am back from Spore. Spend my weekend in Spore.. We left to Spore on Friday evening, about 4am, and got back on Monday early morning. It was horrible when i went for my 10am English class, had to struggle to stay awake. Then at 11-12 I had an hour break, wanted to take a short nap, but ended up doing tutorial for my 12 o'clock class of fuzzy logic and got annoyed by Donkey the donkey.
My weekend in Spore, the only thing i remember most of my weekend in spore, is eat, eat and eat. I had been eating non stop. Arrived on Friday at 9pm, Aunt made us our dinner. Had dinner, formatted the pc for nephew, played with JJ, aunt's cute little furry dog. Slept about 1-2am, dunno what I had been doing also. Really fantastic dog. First he was sleeping at the foot of my bed, then in the middle of the nite, he migrated to the floor and slept there.
On saturday, Vivien woke up at 6am to play with JJ, and ever 15minutes she will be yelling and shaking me trying to wake me up. Finally got up about 7plus, only went down to great aunt and uncles at 8+, only then did i find out that we were suppose to go for granny's eye appointment at Mt Elizabet at 9am. Fine, i didn't even have enough time to bath. So while waiting for granny to get her eye checked, we went around Orchard street, nothing opened yet...so we jst walked along the street for about an hour. Granny's eye.... Apparently it seems that there is a blood clog in her eye, and needs to go for a laser treatment to stop this clog. It's gonna cost Sing2000. But for the mean time, at least for the next 3 months, she will be fine, but after that she would need laser, else she might go blind.
Anyway, after the hospital, we went for lunch. Had Spore hokkein mee...it tasted not bad. Aunt side ordered another plate of chow kuey teow and it was....YUCKS. dunno if it is just that stall's chow kuey teow, or it is Spore's chow kuey teow...it tasted funny, really sweet and a funny taste to it.
Saturday noon, bro and i had a little adventure on the MRT, couldnt decide where to go as we didn't plan to go anywhere on our own, so we didn't manage to ask our lovely cousins to recommend us any spots of where we could go. The last time it happened, our cousins did brief us on where we can go, and what to expect. But this time, aunt recommended us to go Chinatown, which, we decided not to go. haha SO, we ended up in ORchard road AGAIN. Way much livelier now, compared to this morning. Walked along the roads, enter some complexes, basicly jst being in the crowd, and looking at ppl.
We got ourselves back to aunt's place by walking from the MRT station back to her hse. Had a quick shower (really pai seh, cos halfway showering, sis told me that EVERYONE is already in the car waiting for me), and went off to have our dinner with Ah Poh (my cousin) and her family. After dinner, drove along Orchard road AGAIN for the Christmas lightings and all.. hahaha i've seen orchard road during the day time, noon time, and nite time. After that, went back home, drop off aunts and granny, we proceeded to the karaoke with Ai Wei and Ah Poh's family. Had a whole nite of karaoke, and i only went to bed about 3am i guess. Exhausted. JJ was sleeping beside me at first, then he moved to vivien's bed, and again he migrated to the floor in the middle of the nite.
It was cute in the morning.... I was awaken by JJ's barking. Saw him standing at the door to our bedroom, barking at the door. Then he saw me, he came running to me&vivien, and start holding his hands up, pushing us, and barking. We had been brieffed by aunt, that this means...NATURE CALLS! haha Few seconds later, just when vivien was about to send JJ our to answer his nature call, aunt already came in and took JJ out to settle him. It was only about 7am. ANyway, this time i managed to bath.... did nothing much in the morning, jst teach Ai Wei a song on the piano, lepak around, gossip with cousins wife, and had our Lunch at 12 plus. This is he lunch to celebrate Aunt's bday. The aunt i'm staying with, is the big aunt all with $$, shall call her the rich aunt. She even allowed vincent to drive my cousins BMW 7series, actually, jst allowed him to reverse the car out of the hse only. hahah
The lunch we had, was fantastic.....had those big humoungus shark fin, whicih vivien tot it was vegetable. IT was a whole piece of shark fin.... very filling. After that went to cousin's wife boutique. Went to some plaza after that to follo AH Poh buy some stuff, then went back to aunt's place.
NOthing much after that, just burn some CD's out for aunt, lepak lepak around had our late dinner, drive back to KL early morning...

Today, after my class, all I did was eat my lunch, and went to catch up on sleep... Until now, i still feel like I haven caught up on all my sleep yet.Gonna go practise piano now... Will upload photos later.

Singapore

Followed on by my main dish, speghetti bolognese. Big regret of chosing this dish, it was sooo cheezy that i ate only 3/4 of it. I couldn't finish it up, and almost vomitted it out.

Went to Souled out with family and Dr Kiran (bro's lecturer for dinner today).. One of the earliest patron there, we arrived about 5.40pm. So it is drinking time while waiting for dinner. Drinking on an empty hungry stomach..woof...Cheers baby!
